Individual Coaching Session (1 hour) This personalized one-on-one coaching session helps students stay organized, set achievable goals, and develop effective study habits. Perfect for students who need extra guidance to stay on track with academic or personal goals. Group Mentoring (Weekly Sessions) Join a group of motivated peers to share experiences, set goals, and grow academically. These weekly sessions foster collaboration and accountability through structured mentoring and peer-to-peer engagement.
Cancellation Policy
Next Scholar Up! Booking Policy At Next Scholar Up!, we are committed to providing outstanding services and ensuring seamless operations. Please read this policy carefully to understand our booking, payment, and cancellation processes. 1. Booking Guidelines - Bookings must be made through our online system, subject to availability. - Resources are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. - A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is finalized. 2. Payment Policy - Some services may require full payment or a deposit at the time of booking. - We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Stripe. - Invoices for custom packages will be provided upon request. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations - Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the service without a fee. - Cancellations: - Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance qualify for a full refund or credit. - Within 24 hours: 50% of the service fee will be charged. - No-shows are non-refundable. 4. Late Arrivals - Please be punctual. If you are over 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to avoid disruptions. - For group sessions, latecomers may not be admitted once the session has started. 5. Overbooking Prevention - Our system automatically assigns resources to prevent double-bookings. - In the event of unforeseen unavailability, we will contact you promptly to offer alternatives. 6. Refund Policy - Refunds will be processed within 7 business days for eligible cancellations. - Customized packages are non-refundable but may qualify for rescheduling. 7. Group Session Requirements - Group sessions have a minimum participant requirement. If the minimum isn’t met, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a discounted individual session. 8.
